Police officers Jorge Reyes and Edgar Rosales detained a couple en route to the airport after pulling them over for what they claimed were “illegal window tints.” Despite the officers’ reasoning, the vehicle’s window tints were reportedly within legal limits.
The situation escalated when officers claimed to smell marijuana, leading them to conduct a full search of the car. No drugs or contraband were found, and the couple was eventually allowed to go without further incident.
