A man waiting for his Uber was handcuffed by LAPD officers Justin Wolfchief and Choi, who claimed he matched the description of a suspect they were searching for. The problem? The man in the video–who is 6’5″–said the suspect was 5’10”. It’s hard to imagine how such a height difference could be overlooked.
