On scene of cops pointing guns at man. I moved out of line of fire, and across the street. Police kept positioning themselves to prevent filming of a police scuffle with suspect. Entire street was shutdown and I was 50 ft away filming. Finally cops decide to handcuff me because I refused to leave the one area in which I could film this incident.
