A group of young people parked two rental cars at a red curb while getting food from a Habachi truck on Hollywood Blvd.
When they returned to their cars, LAPD swarmed, handcuffed them, searched them, placed two in a police car, and searched the vehicles. The stop lasted over an hour, and they were eventually released without a ticket. Complaints were filed for:
