I filmed an officer with a pulled-over car and its female occupants removed. The officer informed the woman that her license was suspended and she needed someone to pick up the car to avoid towing.
She called her father, who was expected to arrive within 15 minutes. Suddenly, the officer ordered her to drive, despite her suspended license, to a dark street next to a construction site in a towaway zone.
This move contradicted his earlier statement that she couldn’t drive and needed someone to pick up the car.
