On Sept. 5, 2022, an LAPD officer Gabriel Espadas encountered a woman in mental health crisis who he placed on a 5150 involuntary 72 hour psychiatric hold. During the hold, the officer stole the victim’s phone number from the paperwork.
On Sept 9, 2022, within day of her release from the psychiatric hold, officer Espadas began texting her — initially hiding who he was by using his middle name “Anthony.” Espadas noted that he kept her out of jail:
Lol…made sure you didn’t go to jail… Loll helped you with a really rough night…Cause you were awesome 😎”
Two days later, on Sept 11, 2022, they met in person. Sexual activity included anal penetration and fisting.
“I was so deep in your ass…I know you don’t like it but you’d be perfect for my secret kink…that was amazing sex…. My cock was a little sore lol ❤️…. So you don’t like the fisting lol…”
Right after, Officer Espadas began suggesting sex involving dogs:
“Can you swing with a dog? Lol I still wanna see that…I think you’ll like the dog seriously. I wish you’d try it. Lol… We gotta find a girl who’s down to get fucked by a dog lol… I was hoping that girl was down… I think when you see it you’re gonna wanna try…”
