- Flores reportedly bragged about living in Simi Valley and called the police on Black kids selling chocolate, stating: “They do not belong here.”
- His comments were part of a wider pattern of racist, sexist, and homophobic behavior within the recruitment division, as detailed in the whistleblower’s complaint.
