Two cousins visited Hollywood Boulevard to buy gifts and grab food from a truck. They admitted they hurried through a yellow light to cross the street. Suddenly, one cousin, who has tattoos, was stopped by police officers Steven Valenzuela and Rosalia Cruz Campos handcuffed and subjected to a search where officers tugged at his shirt to inspect his tattoos. He was ultimately released with just a warning for “pedestrian in the roadway.”
